We have outlined our delivery and credit guidelines below for your reference.


RETURNS

If you’ve received items that you ordered by mistake, we unfortunately cannot take them back, as we operate on a harvest-to-order model and returned items would likely go to waste.
If you’ve received items that you didn’t order, please contact our Central Ordering Line (COL) immediately so that our team can ensure the items are delivered to the correct address.


SHORTS

If you are missing any items, please advise the driver, circle the missing items on the invoice before signing and notify our COL (or your sales rep) within 24 hours.
If you’ve received items that are underweight, please notify our COL (or your sales rep) within 24 hours and send a photo showing the item’s actual weight within 72 hours.


QUALITY ISSUES

If you notice any quality issues or damaged products, please accept the delivery and let the driver continue. If the driver needs to return, they will do so at the end of their route. Please notify our COL (or your sales rep) within 24 hours and send a photo within 72 hours.
